There are two trips included on every serious Bible reader’s bucket list.
One is to the Holy Land, the land of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. The land where our Savior Jesus Christ lived, served, died and resurrected. This is a land of milk and honey promised to God’s people. It is a land unlike any other on our earth – the land of Israel.
Second is the land where the Apostles lived, served and spread the gospel into the Gentile world. The land where Paul spoke to the Athinians of the “unknown god,” and to the Corinthians about being a temple of God. Where John received the book of Revelation on the remote island of Patmos. This is the beautiful land that sprinkles the Aegean Sea – the land of Greece.
