Hosting and server logs

The website runs on a server in Germany operated by Hetzner Online GmbH. For every request the server stores technically necessary access data: the page requested, time, amount of data transferred, referring page, browser, operating system and IP address. This is based on our legitimate interest in running the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These data are not combined with other data and are deleted once they are no longer needed for that purpose.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services.

Google Fonts

To display its typefaces, this website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). This sends your IP address to Google; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More: Google's privacy policy.

Contact by email

The contact form sends nothing to our server: it opens your own email program with a pre-filled message. If you write to us, we use your details only to answer your request and do not pass them on without your consent. Our mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail).

Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps

These services are only linked, not embedded. No data are transferred until you click such a link; the provider's privacy policy then applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in Bavaria this is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA).
